The work, made public on October 2, Juche 84 (1995), reviews with pride the glorious history of the Workers' Party of Korea in which it explored a new way of building a revolutionary party in the era of independence under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung. It serves as a great programme for the party building and activities as it indicates the ways of developing the party into the party of Kim Il Sung for all ages.

A book releasing ceremony was held at the publishing house on February 3.
