A thriving nation is neither a present of someone nor an accidental product of the trend of the times.

The building of a thriving nation is a nation-wide patriotic work which requires all the people across the country, regardless of sex and age, to turn out as one. Those who were born on this land and breathe air and drink water of the country should live an honorable life, ready to answer the above-said question.

Only when everybody works hard with high awareness to make this land fertile even with a small amount of compost and contribute even a bit to the prosperity of the country, the cause of building a thriving nation will weather hardships and trials and win victories.

Now is the time for everybody to bear in mind the above-said question every moment and make redoubled efforts.

If one fails to make patriotic devotion in the present stirring era when the country is dashing ahead towards final victory, one will regret for this till one's death.

All officials, party members, service personnel and people should respond to the call of the party and the country, times and history through their total dedication, not just in words.

Let us all work hard for the prosperity of the dear motherland-- the great Kim Il Sung's and Kim Jong Il's Korea, wholeheartedly answering the question.
