AAPSO Secretary General Demands U.S. Roll back Its Hostile Policy towards DPRK
Pyongyang, February 2 (KCNA) -- Nouri Abdel Razzak Hussein, secretary general of the Afro-Asian People's Solidarity Organization (AAPSO), released a statement on Jan. 26 in demand of the U.S. switchover in its hostile policy towards the DPRK.

He referred to the fact that the DPRK was making sincere efforts to defuse the danger of war, ease the tension and create a peaceful climate on the Korean peninsula with a view to opening up a broad avenue to independent reunification this year marking the 70th anniversary of national liberation.

The large-scale war games ceaselessly held in south Korea every year are the root cause of escalating tension on the peninsula and bringing the danger of nuclear war to the Korean nation, he noted, urging the U.S. to desist from pursuing the anachronistic policy towards the DPRK and reckless acts of aggression, and boldly make a policy switch.
