The message said that the Korean people are pleased that the Vietnamese people are achieving big successes in the drive to build rich, powerful and prosperous Vietnam under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and sincerely wished the Vietnamese people fresh progress in their future work.

Believing that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the DPRK and Vietnam provided by the preceding leaders will grow stronger, the message wished the Vietnamese president good health and bigger success in his responsible work.
