GIs' Human Rights Abuses Are Rampant in S. Korea
Pyongyang, January 31 (KCNA) -- GIs' human rights abuses are being unhesitatingly perpetrated in south Korea.

A GI serving at a U.S. forces base in Tongduchon, Kyonggi Province stole a handbag of a woman and ran away before a restaurant in Seoul at the dawn of Jan. 23.

He appeared at the restaurant again at dawn two days later and was caught by police.

This time, too, the south Korean authorities handed the criminal over to the U.S. forces under the humiliating SOFA.

The U.S. imperialist aggressor forces present in south Korea are committing every day grisly crimes such as robbery, rape, theft, violence and drug smuggling.
