He led socialist Korea to victory, pulling through all difficulties of history by dint of the Juche idea.

He consolidated socialist Korea into an invincible bulwark that any formidable enemy dared not provoke, holding higher the banner of Songun.

His politics of love and trust gripped the hearts of all people and helped strengthen the single-minded unity of the DPRK in every way.

All the members of the Socialist Party of Benin pay highest tribute to Kim Jong Il, eternal general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and eternal chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK.
