DPRK Marathoner Finishes First at Asian Championship

| Pyongyang, January 26 (KCNA) -- DPRK marathoner Kim Hye Gyong came first at the 15th Asian Marathon Championship and the 2015 Hong Kong Marathon held in Hong Kong, China on Jan. 25. They brought together more than 90 men and women marathoners from 19 countries and regions including the DPRK, Ethiopia, Kenya and Japan. She clocked 2:31:46 to come first to the finish line. Meanwhile, DPRK marathoner Pak Chol placed second in men's marathon while DPRK marathoner Kim Mi Gyong came second in women's marathon at the 15th Asian Marathon Championship. |
