In the petition, the association accused the south Korean prosecution of working hard to take disciplinary actions against lawyers affiliated to the association though they are not liable to them when they performed their duties in line with international law and international human rights standards.

Such moves of the prosecution are unreasonable as they encroach upon the right to pleading and freedom of rally and association, it added.
