The declaration said that south Korea is now caught in an overall crisis, adding the present chief executive and Chongwadae are to chiefly blame for it.

Now the "president" is surrounded by incompetent, irresponsible and dangerous figures, the declaration deplored, adding:

A series of incidents broke out last year but the "government" has not shown responsible attitude.

The declaration urged the present chief executive to face up to the crisis, carry out overall Cabinet reshuffle and opt for improving the south-north relations.
