Congratulations to Mali Foreign Minister

Pyongyang, January 23 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Su Yong Thursday sent a congratulatory message to Abdoulaye Diop upon his stay in office as minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and International Cooperation of the Republic of Mali.

Expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger, the message wished the Malian minister bigger successes in his responsible work.
