S. Korean Paper Demands Japan Make Apology for Past Crimes
Pyongyang, January 23 (KCNA) -- Kyunghyang Daily News of south Korea carried an editorial demanding the Japanese government bend its knees before the Koreans and make an apology for the past crimes.

The editorial accused Japan's chief executive of persistently denying its past history while insisting that "aggression was not defined."

It denounced Japan for continuing visits to Yasukuni Shrine honoring war criminals and denying Kono's statement in which he admitted a little the sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army in the past.
