There Is No Mercy to Provokers: Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, January 23 (KCNA) -- The case of the U.S. imperialists' armed spy ship Pueblo captured by the DPRK on January 23, 1968 proved before the world that any provocation against the DPRK would be sternly punished.

Referring to the details of the Pueblo case, Rodong Sinmun Friday says in an article:

History has advanced far but the U.S. ambition for invading the DPRK remains unchanged.

The U.S. is making another mistake, far from drawing a due lesson from its failed policy towards the DPRK.

It is a daydream to try to persuade the imperialists and make them understand with theories and words at present when they are working hard to dominate the world by force.

The U.S. is overplaying its military muscle. It is seriously mistaken if it regards the DPRK as other countries which collapsed overnight, overpowered by the U.S. military muscle.

The U.S. has not yet understood its rival properly.

It should not forget its defeats in the confrontation with the DPRK in the 1950s and afterwards.

It had better remember the voices made by the world progressives at the time when the Pueblo case occurred.

The DPRK has warned more than once the U.S., the sworn enemy.

But the U.S. persists in its moves to provoke the DPRK.

There is no mercy to provokers.
