It is necessary to solve the issue of the nation's destiny and the matter of the inter-Korean relations by the will and efforts of the compatriots, not joining hands with aggressor outside forces.

If the north and the south resolutely counter the unreasonable interference and moves for aggression of outside forces alienating the Korean nation, fanning up confrontation and blocking up the road of reunification, they can certainly bring about an epochal phase for mending the inter-Korean relations.

If the south Korean authorities deny the idea of By Our Nation Itself and persistently cooperate with outside forces and follow them, they will face inescapable curse and denunciation for their unpardonable acts of laying a stumbling block in the way of the nation's unity and reunification.

The Koreans' aspiration and will for national reunification are growing stronger day by day. It is the necessity of history for the pro-reunification patriotic forces to emerge victorious by courageously meeting the challenge of the anti-reunification forces.
