KPA Servicepersons Look Round Revolutionary Battle Site on Mt. Madu
Pyongyang, January 21 (KCNA) -- Servicepersons of the Korean People's Army (KPA) visited the revolutionary battle site on Mt. Madu on Wednesday.

They looked round the room for the education through trees bearing slogans.

Before the panoramic view board, they listened to the lecturer saying the secret base in Anju area consisting of secret camps on Mt. Madu, Mt. Sang, Mt. Jon and Mt. Thukmaek in Juche 27 (1938) assumed an important mission to house headquarters of the revolution at the time of the operation for final attack.

Looking up to the proposition made by President Kim Il Sung, they grasped deeper in their minds the truth that he was a peerless great man possessed of far-sighted wisdom.

They climbed Mt. Madu, recalling the tremendous exploits of Kim Il Sung, a legendary hero, who led the struggle to drive back the Japanese imperialists through the all-people resistance with the Korean People's Revolutionary Army (KPRA) as main force.

They went round the slogans written on barked trees such as "Never abandon the revolutionary faith though one may die" and the spring site and the bivouac sites used by small unit members of the KPRA.

During the visit they helped the farmers in their work and took warm care of veterans and disabled soldiers' living.

They gathered around the campfire to share their impressions of the reminiscences of anti-Japanese guerillas they had read and held other political and cultural activities.
