The festival will open at the Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Exhibition from mid-February, Juche 104 (2015).

It will bring together armed forces organs, ministries, national institutions, overseas compatriots bodies including the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, people from all walks of life, school youth and children and foreign friends.

There will take place Kimjongilia shows in local areas and service personnel and people there will visit Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia greenhouses.
