International Community Urges U.S. to Roll Back Its Hostile Policy towards DPRK
Pyongyang, January 18 (KCNA) -- The international community is strongly demanding the U.S. make a bold policy switchover, not clinging to its anachronistic hostile policy toward the DPRK and reckless moves for aggression.

The Indonesian paper Suara Karya said that such tragedy as territorial partition and national division persists only on the Korean peninsula due to the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK at a time when the leftovers of the Second World War are disappearing with the passage of time and a balanced position is being ensured among countries.

The chairman of the Communist Party of Tajikistan said:

The U.S. has persistently pursued a hostile policy toward the DPRK in a bid to bring down its socialist system, deliberately escalating the tension on the Korean peninsula.

The "human rights issue" in the DPRK about which the U.S. is noisily trumpeting is no more than sophism contrary to its reality.

All facts go to prove that the U.S. is chiefly to blame for the tense situation on the Korean peninsula and its hostile policy toward the DPRK has already gone bankrupt.

The chairman of the Executive Committee of the Warsaw Regional Committee of the Polish Communist Party noted that it is quite natural for the DPRK to bolster its nuclear deterrence for self-defence to cope with the U.S. nuclear threat.

Now is the time for the U.S. to cogitate about the DPRK and make such policy decision to totally roll back its hostile policy toward the DPRK and lift all steps pursuant to it.

The Ugandan National Executive Committee of the Pan-African Movement urged the U.S. to roll back its hostile policy toward the DPRK before anything else if it is truly concerned for the peaceful development of the Korean people and their well-being.

The Socialist Party of Romania in its statement said that under the wise leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un the Korean people would achieve greater victory in their struggle for achieving the independent and peaceful reunification of the country and building an economic power despite the U.S. imperialists' unprecedented moves to stifle the DPRK.
