Solidarity Expressed for Korean People's Just Cause
Pyongyang, January 18 (KCNA) -- Foreign personages made public a joint statement on Jan. 13 in support of the New Year address made by supreme leader Kim Jong Un. They included Director General Harish Gupta and Secretary General Mukesh Sharma of the Asian Regional Institute of the Juche Idea, Sadhna Harish, chairwoman of the Indian Study Group of Songun Politics, and S. P. Pathak, chairman of the Indian Society for the Study of Works of Kim Jong Il who is a director of the Asian Regional Institute of the Juche Idea.

Kim Jong Un in his New Year address clarified his firm stand and will to resolutely foil challenges and moves of the U.S. imperialists and other hostile forces and invariably defend Korean-style socialism centered on the popular masses, the statement said, and went on:

Kim Jong Un's New Year address serves as a treasured sword instilling conviction in victory and optimism into the progressives aspiring after independence.

The U.S. interference in the Korean issue is disturbing the reunification of the Korean peninsula and creating a great hurdle in the way of achieving regional peace and security.

Kim Jong Un in his New Year address stressed that it is possible to resume the suspended high-level contacts if the south Korean authorities are sincere in their stand to improve the inter-Korean relations through dialogue.

The south Korean authorities should respond to this ardent call if they truly want reunification.

We, followers of the Juche idea, Songun idea, fully support Kim Jong Un's New Year address and extend solidarity to the Korean people in their just cause of firmly protecting Korean-style socialism from all plots of the imperialists and achieving the reunification of the country.
