The Slovak Association for Supporting the Juche Idea and the Slovakia-Korea Friendship Association said this in a joint statement issued on Jan. 10.

It fully supported and hailed the New Year address made by Kim Jong Un. It said:

We are rejoiced over the great achievements made by the Korean people last year in boosting defense capabilities and building an economic power.

We support the realistic and specific proposals for mending the inter-Korean relations advanced by Kim Jong Un in his address.

We express profound sympathy with his saying that as long as the enemy persists in its moves to stifle our socialist system, we will consistently adhere to the Songun politics and the line of promoting the two fronts simultaneously and firmly defend sovereignty of the country and dignity of the nation.
