Speakers accused the U.S. of unilaterally slapping sanctions against the north after claiming that it was behind the hacking at the Sony Pictures Entertainment.

They went on:

The U.S. failed to produce clear evidence proving the hacking case and refused even the north's request for joint investigation.

The hacking at the entertainment was not targeted against the U.S. government, and the Obama Administration imposed sanctions on Pyongyang under the pretext of the hacking case.

They held that the U.S. unreasonable sanctions should be lifted at once, saying that the sanctions are chilling the atmosphere of dialogue between the south and the north.
