The work, published on Nov. 1, Juche 83 (1994), explains the idea that Korean-style socialism based on Juche-oriented theory of socialism is the most scientific and vital one and indicates principled issues arising in defending socialism.

The booklet in its preface says that all African progressives should follow the Juche idea and struggle to achieve the final liberation of Africa on the basis of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, crystallization of the Juche idea.
