The U.S. is seeking a criminal aim to realize its scenario to invade and bring down the DPRK through its "human rights racket" at any cost as it failed to do so through political, economic and military pressures and ideological and cultural poisoning.

The U.S. black-hearted intention to kick off the "human rights" racket against the DPRK is to prevent the world people's attention from focusing on socialist Korea and infringe upon the sovereignty of other countries as it pleases.

The U.S. scenario to internationalize the "human rights issue" of the DPRK by setting in motion its followers is designed to turn all countries of the world into countries like Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya.

The U.S. offensive against the DPRK over its "human rights" issue is bound to go bankrupt due to its criminal and reactionary nature.

The U.S. is so naive as to try to hold in check the advance of all service personnel and people of the DPRK to develop the socialist system, the most advantageous one in the world and their life and soul, with sinister intrigues and plots as their determination is to make socialism and capitalism poles apart.

The U.S. "human rights" racket against the DPRK is a preliminary measure and prelude to ignite the second Korean war.

The DPRK will set the U.S. imperialists keen to ignite a new war of aggression under the pretext of "protecting human rights" while conducting "human rights" offensive as a principal goal of attack and bolster up its war deterrent for self-defence in every way.
