Victims of Dictatorial Regime's Fabricated Case Declared Not Guilty in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, December 18 (KCNA) -- Truth about the false cases cooked up by the military fascist dictatorial regime is being disclosed one after another in south Korea. On Dec. 12 the Chunchon District Court of south Korea at a trial on an appeal over the Samchok regional spyring case in the past declared the suspects of the case not guilty. The "yusin" dictatorial regime illegally arrested dozens of inhabitants in Samchok, south Korean Kangwon Province and Taegu, North Kyongsang Province and other parts of south Korea in 1979 by invoking the "Security Law". |
