Kim Jong Il was the peerless great man who made sure that the revolutionary idea of the President shed its rays as the eternal guiding idea in the era of independence, strengthened the party, army and state into the ones of the President and thus ensured the continuity of the cause of the sun for all ages through his energetic ideological and theoretical activities and outstanding leadership, and the peerless patriot who firmly defended socialism centred on the popular masses and turned the north into a political and ideological power and world's military power with his invincible Songun politics, it noted.

He ushered in the June 15 era of reunification, the new era of By Our Nation Itself, and thus provided the firm foundation for the independent reunification, peace and prosperity and opened the wide avenue of reunification, it stressed, adding that these patriotic feats for reunification will be everlasting together with the history of the nation.

Kim Jong Il's noble love for compatriots devoted to the nation is shedding its rays forever and the undying revolutionary feats he performed for the country is shining eternally thanks to Kim Jong Un, it noted.

The vanguard fighters of the AINDF and patriotic people of all social standings will uphold the leadership of Kim Jong Un to the end, with the high national pride of holding him in high esteem at the helm, the letter concluded.
