S. Koreans Urges Regime to Lift "May 24 Step"

Pyongyang, December 14 (KCNA) -- The solidarity of economic cooperation, religious and civic organizations for lifting "May 24 step" grouping at least 30 organizations of south Korea held a press conference in Kwanghwamun, Seoul on Friday, according to south Korean KBS.

At the conference the speakers deplored that medium and small businesses who had participated in the north-south economic cooperation suffered heavy losses due to the "May 24 step" taken by the authorities.

Blaming the authorities for neglecting it, the speakers urged them to immediately lift the unjust sanctions.
