Rodong Sinmun Accuses S. Korean Authorities of Talking Volumes about "Observing Agreements"
Pyongyang, November 25 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet group is talking volumes about "observing the agreements" in a bid to conceal its act of scuppering the hard-won opportunity of improving the north-south relations and mislead the public opinion at home and abroad.

Rodong Sinmun Tuesday says in an article in this regard:

This is just like "the guilty party filing the suit first".

The north-south agreement should be observed and implemented under any circumstances as it is a product common to the nation which was made irrespective of ideology, social system, ideal and religious belief, and no one has the right to violate the inter-Korean agreements as he pleases.

The article cites facts about how the successive south Korean authorities have deliberately breached the agreements, persistently bedeviling the north-south relations.

With no rhetoric can the puppet regime evade the blame for reneging on the north-south agreements and chilling the atmosphere of mending the inter-Korean relations, the article notes, and goes on:

The war racket and the "human rights" campaign kicked up by the puppet group against the DPRK with the backing of foreign forces, turning down the sincere proposal of compatriots to jointly settle the national issue, are unpardonable criminal acts to push the inter-Korean relations to an extreme phase of confrontation and realize its ambition for stifling the DPRK in conspiracy with foreign forces.

The north-south agreements on which the destiny of the nation and the prospect for reunification hinge can never become a plaything of the south Koran ruling quarters' policy of confrontation with the DPRK.

The south Korean authorities would be well advised to boldly discard the inveterate bad habit of reneging on the precious national agreements and learn the habit of sincerely implementing them, if they truly want dialogue and improved relations between the north and the south.
