The U.S. is an old hand at plot-breeding and intrigue. It was none other than the U.S. which worked out the "resolution", let EU countries and Japan act a main player in submitting and railroading it through the UN General Assembly and persistently pressurized and appeased other countries to vote for it, the commentary says, and goes on:

Major information used in the "resolution" was nothing but "testimonies" made by a handful of "defectors from the north" who fled the DPRK after committing crimes or were lured.

The U.S. and other Western countries are describing such human scum's "testimonies" as truth. These human scum are malignantly hurting the dignified DPRK with sheer lies to prolong their dirty remaining days.

As already known, some human scum, blinded by money-making, are providing even false documents bearing forged official seals of major departments and organs of the DPRK.

These facts go to clearly prove that the "resolution" is a criminal document faked up by the U.S. to violate the national sovereignty of the DPRK.

The "resolution" is a revelation of the U.S. plot to invade the DPRK under the pretext of the human rights issue.

The U.S. compels the DPRK to bolster up its nuclear deterrence for self-defence. The U.S. will be held wholly responsible for all consequences to be entailed in the future.
