League matches of the second-phase preliminaries took place in Taipei of China from Nov. 13 to 19. They brought together teams from the DPRK, Hong Kong of China, Guam and Taipei of China.

The DPRK team defeated its Hong Kong of China rival 2:1 on Nov. 13, its Guam rival 5:1 on Nov. 16 and tied with its rival of Taipei of China 0:0 on Nov. 19.

It came first in the preliminaries, securing a berth to the East Asia Cup to be held in August, 2015.
