S. Korean Regime Accused of Earmarking Huge Amount of Fund for Leaflet-scattering Operation
Pyongyang, November 19 (KCNA) -- A lawmaker from an opposition party of south Korea recently disclosed the information he received from the puppet Defense Agency.

According to the information, 1,835 million won has been earmarked for developing 155 mm shells for scattering leaflets in the Defence Agency's draft budget for next year.

Minju Joson Wednesday observes in a commentary in this regard:

Not content with back-stage wire-pulling of human scum in the reckless leaflet-scattering operations, the south Korean puppet regime itself is caught red-handed while spearheading them, a disclosure of its despicable true colors.

What should not be overlooked is that a spokesman for the puppet Defense Ministry made clumsy excuses, claiming such shells are not meant for using in peace time, the army, too, may carry out a leaflet-scattering operation, and it is hard to disclose details.

However, such poor excuses only bring to light the regime's true colors as an arch criminal who perpetrated the leaflet-scattering operations in an organized manner and its shameless nature.

The above-said information fully revealed its ulterior intention to bedevil the inter-Korean relations.

The puppet regime should bear in mind that there will be neither dialogue nor improvement of the relations between the north and the south as long as such leaflet scattering operations go on.

If the regime persists in its act of deliberately rattling the nerves of the DPRK, it will only precipitate its self-destruction.
