The south Korean authorities' undisguised war exercises against their fellow countrymen cannot but be a reckless act.

We urge them to stop at once the Hoguk exercises.

We demand the U.S. have sincere talks with the DPRK for the conclusion of a peace agreement and the south Korean authorities make efforts for mending the inter-Korean relations.

We urge the south Korean authorities to abolish the fascist "Security Law", immediately set free the patriotic personages detained for their struggle for the development of north-south relations and peace and reunification, and ensure the rights of the south Korean trade unions.
