Seminar on Kim Jong Il's Exploits Held in Nigeria
Pyongyang, November 18 (KCNA) -- A Nigerian national seminar on the revolutionary career and immortal exploits of leader Kim Jong Il took place at the Teachers Training College of Abuja on Nov. 6 on the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of his demise.

On display in the venue of the seminar were photos documenting his sacred revolutionary career and exploits.

Also displayed there were works of Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un and books and photos showing the achievements made by the army and people of the DPRK in the building of a thriving socialist nation.

Present at the seminar were personages of academic circle, chiefs of the groups for the study of the Juche idea and masses.

Present there on invitation were the DPRK ambassador to Nigeria and staff members of his embassy.

Gambo Mohamed Hamza, rector of the college, made an opening address.

Alhassan Mamman Muhammad, chairman of the Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, made a keynote report.

Referring to the sacred revolutionary career of Kim Jong Il, the chairman said it is the most precious legacy left by him for the Korean people and world progressives that he enunciated the Juche idea and the Songun idea as the eternal guiding idea of the DPRK, the guiding idea in the era of independence.

He developed the Workers' Party of Korea into an invincible guiding force and turned the DPRK into a socialist state centered on the popular masses and the Korean People's Army into a matchless army, the chairman stressed.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar.
