S. Korean Warmongers Plan to Stage North-targeted War Maneuver

Pyongyang, November 7 (KCNA) -- The 17th infantry division of the south Korean puppet army is planning to stage a war maneuver for making a preemptive attack on the DPRK in the area along the River Han, Kimpho City, Kyonggi Province on Nov. 6 and 10, according to an internet paper of south Korea.

The puppet warmongers are mulling staging a war maneuver, firing bullets and shells with trucks, helicopters and other aggression forces involved under the pretext of coping with "underwater infiltration through the River Han and civilians' going over to the north".
