The memorial committee consists of chiefs and members of groups for the study of the Juche Idea and the Songun idea including the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea.

The committee will send a message to supreme leader Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the third anniversary of demise of Kim Jong Il, organize working groups for preparing memorial events of organizations for the study of the Juche Idea in Russia and the region till Nov. 6 and hold a remembrance meeting, seminar and other political and cultural events and give wide publicity to his personality as a great man through media and websites till December 17.
