S. Korean Authorities Accused of Shunning Probe into Truth about Ferry Sewol Disaster

| Pyongyang, November 5 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Federation of Koreans in the U.S. released a statement on Nov. 1 denouncing the south Korean puppet group for turning its face away from the probe into the truth about the ferry Sewol disaster. The statement recalled that the "government" advanced nothing but a ridiculous special bill on the ferry Sewol which totally ignored the opinions of the bereaved families, far from probing the truth about the disaster though 200 days have passed since it. It is hard to expect the probe into the truth and any measure for preventing the recurrence of similar disaster from this special bill, it held. The chief executive is afraid of the probe into the truth about the disaster, it said, urging her to throw away into a dumping ground the special bill on the ferry Sewol and make another bill. |
