Action for Probing Truth about Disaster and Abolishing Part-time Job Staged in S. Korea
Pyongyang, October 28 (KCNA) -- Rallies took place in Seoul on Oct. 25 demanding the probe into the truth about the ferry Sewol disaster and the abolition of part-time job, according to CBS of south Korea.

The Measure Committee of the Families of Victims, Missing Persons and Survivors of the Ferry Sewol Sinking Accident of south Korea held a candlelight rally in demand of the institution of a special law to probe the truth about the big disaster.

Holding placards and candlelights, the participants of the rally demanded the institution of a special law which grants the right to investigate and indict as called for by the bereaved families.

The south Korean Confederation of Trade Unions held a workers rally at which they declared they would stage an action for abolishing the part-time job. It stated that workers would come out in the actions in demand of the settlement of the labor issue including the dismissal, the abolition of part-time job and halt to the moves to destroy trade unions.
