S. Korean Authorities Flailed for Their Sycophantic Behavior
Pyongyang, October 27 (KCNA) -- The south Korean newspaper Hangyore carried an editorial on Oct. 24 condemning the puppet authorities for abandoning the transfer of the right to wartime operation control (OPECON).

The editorial said that at the south Korea-U.S. annual security consultative meeting that day the authorities decided to agree upon the period of the transfer of the right to OPECON according to the situation on the Korean Peninsula, deferring the transfer slated for 2015.

This means, in fact, giving up the right to OPECON, it charged.

The present chief executive reneged on the commitment to the transfer of the right to OPECON and secretly begged the U.S. to extend it since she took office, it noted.

Lurking behind the agreement is the deep-rooted sycophancy toward the U.S. that south Korea can rest assured only when it depends on the U.S., it said.

It insisted that the present regime is to blame for making the people shoulder the heavy burden of a fabulous amount of military fund.
