S. Korean Regime Accused of Its Unpopular Rule
Pyongyang, October 22 (KCNA) -- The All-out Action Headquarters of the Government Employees' Union of south Korea held a rally on Oct. 20 in protest against the unpopular rule of the authorities.

At the rally the speakers said that the proposal for public workers' pension reform recently published by the regime was another version of the reform plan of the pension society the keynote of which is to decrease their pension.

Accusing the authorities of unilaterally working out the proposal at a back room, they declared they could never accept it.

They denounced the regime for not accusing the Lee Myung Bak regime of squandering money collected from people as taxes for the project of four large rivers, etc. but shifting the blame for the mismanagement of public organs on to public workers and infringing upon their interests.

All public workers will firmly unite with each other to launch actions including an all-out strike to force the present regime to step down, they said.

At the rally core members of the organization had their heads shaven in token of their protest against the unpopular rule of the regime.

At the end of the rally, they staged a demonstration.
