The 69 year-long history of the WPK which was founded and developed by Kim Il Sung is the glorious history in which it has demonstrated its might as the steel-strong party, the invincible party.

Kim Jong Il thoroughly applied the Juche idea and the Songun idea into the party work and activities in the whole period of his leadership over the WPK, true to the idea and cause of Kim Il Sung.

I wish the WPK and the Korean people greater achievements in the struggle to build a thriving nation and reunify the country under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un.

The chairman of the Ugandan National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea and other speakers noted with appreciation that the WPK has developed into the ever-victorious powerful party, meeting all challenges of history under the wise leadership of the peerless great persons of Mt. Paektu.
