The chairman in the message extended congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of "A Just Russia" and on his own behalf on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the WPK.

The WPK made due contributions to building the DPRK, a socialist state, while covering protracted and arduous path, he said, adding:

The WPK has long led the working people in the DPRK in their drive for creating new life.

During the Fatherland Liberation War, the Korean people beat back the invasion of the enemies and protected the independence of the country and the gains of the revolution under the guidance of the party.

"A Just Russia" and the WPK have good relations, he noted, stressing that "A Just Russia" is making efforts for further development of these relations.
