S. Korean Ruling and Opposition Parties' Agreement on Institution of Special Law Lambasted
Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- The south Korean paper Hangyore on Sept. 30 carried an editorial.

That day the ruling and opposition parties agreed on the issue of instituting a special law on the ferry Sewol but it was made without consent of the bereaved families, the editorial said.

There are not a few parts arousing concern in the contents of agreement, it noted, adding one of them is that the ruling and opposition parties agreed to deal with the special law on the ferry Sewol after the provision of draft agreement on other laws including "law on organizing the government".

This is because the "Saenuri Party" demanded a special bill be dealt in relation with other bills, it charged.

It stressed that the ruling and opposition parties should reflect on their incompetence.
