S. Korean Political Camp Denounced for Sidestepping Issue of Ferry Sewol Disaster

| Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- The Measure Committee of the Families of Victims of the Ferry Sewol Disaster of Tanwon High School of south Korea held a press conference at the joint incense-burning altar in Ansan of Kyonggi Province on Sept. 30, according to the south Korean MBC. The organization said the ruling and opposition parties settled the negotiation on institution of a special law on the ferry Sewol disaster and made public an agreement that day. The organization branded the measure as an act of sidestepping the issue of probing the truth about the disaster and seeking political interests. It clarified that the bereaved families openly deny the unjust agreement. |
