Nigerian Personage Praises Human Rights Policy in DPRK
Pyongyang, October 1 (KCNA) -- Alhassan Mamman Muhammad, chairman of the Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, praised the democratic policy on human rights and social system ensuring human rights in the DPRK at a meeting on September 17.

He said:

All citizens in the DPRK have rights to elect or be elected irrespective of sex, nationality, occupation, property status, education, party affiliation, political view and religious belief.

There are many publishing houses in the capital and local areas and a lot of newspapers and magazines issued by factories, enterprises and universities and several TV channels and radio services in the DPRK.

All citizens exercise rights to freely express their views and wills through all kinds of media wherever they might be.

They also enjoy freedom of assembly, demonstration and association.

The Workers' Party of Korea, the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League and other political parties and social organizations are active in the DPRK.

The DPRK government is the one for the people serving the interests of the people.

Right to religious belief is guaranteed by law in the country.

Working masses enjoy products of labor as genuine master of labor.

They receive remuneration of labor and additional benefits from the state and society.

It is society of the DPRK where people are granted all kinds of rights as social human being including free education and medical service.
