Park Geun Hye's Reckless Remarks against North under Fire in S. Korea
Pyongyang, September 28 (KCNA) -- South Korean people from all walks of life are becoming increasingly critical of Park Geun Hye for her malignant mud-slinging at the DPRK in her "keynote speech" at the 69th UN General Assembly.

The south Korean newspaper Hangyore on Friday in an editorial said Park Geun Hye's behavior at the UN General Assembly made it harder to settle the issue of the south-north relations.

The paper said: The "president" said south Korea together with the international community would provide strong support for developing economy in the north if it gives up its nuclear program and chooses a road of reform and opening-up. This is little short of "no nukes, opening and 3 000 dollars" touted by the Lee Myung Bak regime in the past.

The Kyunghyang Daily News on the same day accused Park of taking the lead in the propaganda against the north.

It is incoherent that Park slandered the north in the international arena, taking no sincere approach towards south-north dialogue, and uttered empty words, the paper said, and went on:

It is hypocrisy to talk about "support" without lifting the "May 24 measures", in particular.

The south-north issue is neither other's one nor something to be done by the international community instead.

Meanwhile, the opposition Democratic Alliance for New Politics Friday released a statement urging an immediate stop to the leaflets scattering operations.

The leaflets scattering is escalating the tension.

The "government" should regard the leaflets scattering operations as dangerous acts of disturbing the peace on the Korean Peninsula.
