Quake Hits Waters Off Ulsan, S. Korea

| Pyongyang, September 27 (KCNA) -- An earthquake measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale jolted waters 67 km southeast of Ulsan, south Korea on Sept. 25, according to KBS of south Korea. This was the fifth quake that hit the waters this year. |
