CNC-based TEM Developed in DPRK

| Pyongyang, September 26 (KCNA) -- The Bioengineering Branch and the Intelligent Information Institute under the State Academy of Sciences in the DPRK manufactured a CNC-based transmission electron microscope (TEM). This TEM makes it possible to examine the surface and internal structure of a sample in a Nano-level accurate way. It will be greatly helpful to ensuring precision analysis in such fields as biology, medical science, Nano science and semiconductor engineering. |
