Victims of Japanese Imperialists' Forcible Drafting of Koreans Honored

Pyongyang, September 23 (KCNA) -- A meeting for honoring the memory of Korean victims of forcible drafting by the Japanese imperialists took place before the monument to Korean victims in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan on September 14.

Present there were officials of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, teachers, students and other Koreans in Hiroshima Prefecture and Japanese citizens.

Looking back on the horrible situation in those days when the Japanese imperialists drafted many Koreans to Japan and forced them to do slave labor in the past, the participants expressed towering resentment.
