Korean Book, Photo and Handicraft Exhibition Held Abroad
Pyongyang, September 23 (KCNA) -- There took place Korean book, photo and handicraft exhibitions in Peru, Brazil and Poland between Sept. 3 and 20 to mark the 66th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

On display at the venues of the events were photos documenting the exploits of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Also on display were works of the peerless great men of Mt. Paektu, books and photos showing the glorious history of the DPRK and handicrafts associated with wisdom and skills of Koreans.

The secretary general of the Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship said the exhibition would offer visitors an opportunity to know better about the history and culture of the DPRK and the successes made by the Korean people.

The exploits the President and Kim Jong Il performed by building the DPRK into an excellent country of the people will last forever, the speaker noted, and continued:

I sincerely wish the Korean people bigger successes in their future struggle under the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The director of the Political Institute and the dean of the Faculty of Social Science of Gdansk University, Poland sincerely hoped that the exhibition would provide an opportunity to know better about the reality of the DPRK and contribute to deepening the friendly and cooperative relations between the peoples of the two countries.
