The meeting marked an important occasion in enhancing the militancy of the primary organizations of the youth league as required by the important historical period when the revolutionary cause of Juche is being accomplished and thus strengthening the youth leaguer into the young vanguard organization of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Present there were Kim Yong Nam, Choe Thae Bok, Choe Ryong Hae, exemplary officials of primary organizations of the youth league and its officials in Pyongyang and local areas and officials concerned.

The letter sent by supreme leader Kim Jong Un "Let Youth Become Vanguard Fighters Intensely Loyal to the Songun Revolutionary Cause of the Party" to the participants in the 4th meeting of primary organization cadres of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League was conveyed by Kim Yong Nam, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, at the meeting.

Jon Yong Nam, chairman of the C.C., the youth league, made a report at the meeting.

The reporter said:

President Kim Il Sung set it as an important task of the youth movement to bring up young people as steadfast and able socialist builders ideologically as required by the developing revolution and led the primary organizations of the youth league to creditably carry out their missions and duties.

Leader Kim Jong Il who ushered in a heyday in the Juche-oriented youth movement developed the youth league into the one of the President and the reliable young vanguard ranks of the party.

The Juche-oriented youth movement is being successfully carried forward and developed thanks to Kim Jong Un and greeting the new heyday of its development.

The reporter referred to the fact that in the past period, the primary organizations of the youth league have worked hard to firmly prepare its members into the vanguard fighters devotedly defending the leader and powerfully encourage them in the grand advance for building a thriving nation.

He said that the primary organizations of the youth league should prepare all young people into genuine Kimilsungists-Kimjongilists remaining unfailingly loyal to Kim Jong Un and make sure that they give fullest play to the stamina of the young vanguard in the era of Songun in the sacred struggle to win the final victory.

Han In Chol, chairman of the South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the youth league, extended greatest glory and warmest thanks to Kim Jong Un for providing the meeting to be recorded as a shining chapter in the history of the Juche-based youth movement, sending a letter and clearly indicating the way to be followed by the Korean youth movement.

Kim Jin Ok, chairwoman of the primary organization of the Pyongyang Orphanage, and Jang Mi Hyang, chairwoman of the primary organization of the Songdowon International Children's Camp, expressed their will to make song "We Are the Happiest in the World" resound forth across the country for all ages, true to the noble intention of Kim Jong Un who is beautifully bringing up the future of the country, embracing all children of the country.

Kim Ok Hyang, chairwoman of the primary organization of the General Weaving Shop of the Kim Jong Suk Pyongyang Textile Mill said that youth league members overfulfilled the plan for national economy every year by fully displaying the spirit of collectivism.

Song Chol Jun, chairman of the primary committee of the youth league of the Migok Cooperative Farm of Sariwon City, expressed his will to arouse the youth work-team members to the struggle to implement the behests of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and remain loyal to the Workers' Party of Korea with rice.

Speakers said that the officials of the youth league should deeply realize the great expectation of the party and the importance of the work of the youth league, decisively enhance the militant function and role of the primary organizations and make the youth league the young vanguard organization, upholding the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Un with loyalty.
