Brutal Act Reported from S. Korean Puppet Army Unit

| Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- It was disclosed that a sergeant belonging to the 1st Paratrooper Brigade of the south Korean puppet army committed such brutal act reminiscent of electric shock torture against his inferiors, sparking off anger, according to the south Korean KBS on Sept. 15. He made no scruple of committing such shuddering act as connecting electric wire of a wireless apparatus to inferiors' lips several times from April 2012 to August of last year, threatening their lives. |
