S. Korean Organization Denounces Puppet Political Camp's Buck Passing

Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- The Measure Committee of the Families of Victims, Missing Persons and Survivors of the Ferry Sewol Sinking Accident of south Korea held a press conference outside the building of the "National Assembly" in Seoul on Sept. 15 denouncing the puppet political camp for passing the buck for the situation to the bereaved families, according to the south Korean MBC.

The organization recalled that the bereaved families have been on a sit-in strike outside Chongwadae for dozens of days in demand of the probe into the truth behind the ferry disaster.

It accused the political camp of passing the buck for the situation to the bereaved families while interpreting the issue of the ferry Sewol as the issue of confrontation between progressive and conservative forces.

Bereaved families came out for actions against the chief executive and the NA because no one was punished for spreading misinformation that "all aboard the ferry Sewol was rescued" and no one is ready to own responsibility for the tragedy.

It urged the political camp to opt for instituting a special law on the ferry Sewol.
