| Pyongyang, September 17 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, received a message of greeting from Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov, president of Turkmenistan, on Sept. 9. The message said: I, on behalf of the government and people of Turkmenistan and on my own behalf, extend the warmest congratulations to you on the founding anniversary of the DPRK.
